It explores personal spiritual gifts, servant leadership, the core ministries, each leader's role in developing future leaders, and much more.
Why Become a Lay Servant?
Lay Servants have a wide range of functions both in the church and in the community. The three primary focus areas are Leading, Caring and Communicating. Certified Lay Servants can lead Bible study or small groups, lead mission endeavors within the community and lead in various areas of ministry. Lay servants inspire a deeper commitment to Christ and more effective discipleship. This is the gateway course to those that want to be Certified Lay Servants, Lay Speakers and Lay Ministers.
