Unveiling Your New Under-L Community Spaces

Last year, CTA hosted two public meetings to hear from you on how to activate the new community spaces under the Red and Purple Line tracks following the removal of the century-old embankment under the ‘L’ as part of the RPM Phase One Project. After gathering your ideas and understanding your priorities, we are excited to present the final block-by-block design concepts for the Under-L community spaces in Edgewater and Uptown! Join us to see the final concepts and learn about the timeline.

Concepts were designed by Site Design Group, a Chicago-based, nationally award-winning landscape architecture firm based on community feedback received last year.
