• Workshop 4: Line & Wash – This will be a little different from some of my other classes. Some sketching will be required. However, if you are uncomfortable with drawing, you can trace! I will provide transfer paper and will show you an easy way to use it. Even though I can draw (see my portrait drawing class), I like to say, my painting classes are not drawing classes and you do not have to know how to draw to know how to paint. It does help, but the longer you paint, the better you get at drawing. Bring some reference images you will want to use. I will touch base with you closer to class time. Line and wash is using marker and watercolor combined. In this class we will discuss the ways that it can be used and paint some examples.
