Join Laura for a special evening to celebrate her birthday with a heart-opening cacao ceremony and multi-instrument soundbath on August 13 at 6:30 PM. This gathering is a space for connection, gratitude, and intention as we honor another trip around the sun. There’s no fixed fee for this event—simply give from the heart if you feel called to after the ceremony. (1 ticket per person, if you want a friend to come please have the reserve seperately) All are welcome. Bring a mat, pillow, blanket and anything you need to feel comfortable.
Just a heads-up about the cacao:
It’s prepared with almond milk and honey, and contains theobromine—a gentle, heart-opening stimulant. If you’re sensitive to caffeine, have a heart condition, are pregnant, it’s good to check in with yourself (or your doctor) before sipping. And if you have a chocolate or nut allergy, best to skip it.
