Laughter Wellness is the practice of using breathing techniques, facial muscle exercises, and laughter as a tool to signal the body to relax. It may shift the response of the body from fight-flight-or-freeze mode to a rest-and-digest mode. Join us as we have fun while learning techniques to manage stress and live life with more ease.
