Laugh, Craft and Connect at the Glen

Come along for three free workshops to learn how humour and art can support wellbeing! You'll get to craft puppets, collage, and write stories to have a laugh together, connect with new people and learn about the benefits of having a good laugh.

We'll provide all the materials, tea, coffee and some tasty snacks. If you need support with travel costs, we can reimburse your bus and train tickets - just contact us for more information.

After these sessions, there will be a chance for you to get a space on a funded trip to Slovakia, from 12th-16th January. In Slovakia, you'll get to learn all about humour, wellbeing and mental health from organisations across Europe.
