Do I need to be “in shape” to attend?

Not at all! This workshop is designed for beginners and women returning to fitness after time away. If you can carry a hardback novel across the room, you’re already stronger than you think.

Comfy clothes you can move in — think leggings, joggers, or whatever you’d wear to lounge and read in. No need for fancy workout gear.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself, a water bottle, a yoga mat and maybe a favorite journal or notebook if you like writing prompts.

Will there be intense exercises?

Nope! No burpees, no bootcamp drills. Just gentle, foundational bodyweight movements with options for every level. You’ll leave feeling energized, not exhausted.

Not exactly — but we do weave book-inspired prompts, analogies, and journaling into the experience. Think of it as a book club for your body.

Will there be coffee or snacks?

You can grab a coffee or snack from Just Love before the event starts. You can't go wrong with anything you order. Their food and hot bevvies are delicious!
