Latte and Laps Holiday Hangout
We will check in infront of Bad Ass coffee shop by Lowdermilk beach at 10am
starting off with a 2 mile jog or 1 mile walk Followed by good music, dancing, coffee, sauna and cold/plunge, optional IVs, stretches and more!
Don't forget to wear a Christmas sweater!
