The Latino Leadership Conference is a powerful, one-day experience designed to inspire, equip, and mobilize the next generation of Latino leaders. This conference cultivates an empowering space for young Latino professionals and college students to connect, learn, and grow through meaningful representation and impactful dialogue.
With 200+ attendees, the conference will feature a diverse lineup of Latino leaders from industries such as health, skilled trades, government, entrepreneurship, and STEM—all sharing their journeys, expertise, and strategies for success. Through keynote speeches, fireside chats, hands-on workshops, and networking opportunities, participants will see themselves reflected in the roles they aspire to and walk away with tools to lead confidently and authentically.
Representation matters. Leadership is collective. Juntos somos más fuertes.
