A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where soothing instruments (like crystal bowls) create healing frequencies that help calm your nervous system, ease stress, and create space for emotional release.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring wine or your preferred drink. We kindly ask that you wait to enjoy it until after the sound bath has ended. We want to preserve the calm and clarity of the healing portion before we shift into the social vibe.
