LAP x MAAPACCINO

We kick off this Saturday’s social ride with our LAPxMAAP ride series. This is a no-drop ride that rolls out from the LaB at 10am on Saturday for a 85km road loop. It's the perfect way to end a big week, with a LAP coffee back at the LaB post-ride.

Please note that this ride will aim to have an approximate speed of 28/29 km/h. If you are unaware of your ability, please ask a more experienced riding friend about how you will find this speed.

Please join us for a pre-ride LAP coffee during our ride briefing before heading out.

Please ensure you download the route and let the ride leader know if it’s your first time joining us so they can be sure to give you a warm welcome.

*** IMPORTANT DETAILS PLEASE READ ***

1. You are responsible for your nutrition and hydration for the entirety of the ride.

2. You are also responsible for your mechanical support – bring tubes and/or CO2 cartridges in case of a flat or lite mechanical.

3. Please be mindful of others on the road and their riding abilities, and follow instructions from the ride leader.

4. You must obey all road rules and regulations.

5. You must wear a helmet and have a bike equipped with front and rear brakes
