Language for Effective Teacher Feedback Through Coaching Conversations

The language we use has the power to support and motivate teachers to be reflective and learning-oriented. This session will provide teacher leaders, coaches, department chairs, and administrators key characteristics of language we can use when providing feedback. Effective feedback honors the work teachers are already doing and assumes positive presuppositions about their decisions. Join this Workshop to learn how to lean into these principles and learn how to frame feedback in ways that both honor the teacher and their decision making and provide opportunities to move practice forward.

Once ready you will click the registration option for an ESC Member District or CIESC Member District to receive the discount.

Pay via Invoice

If you need to pay for your registration via invoice, you may do so by selecting your ticket and then choosing the invoice option at check out. Invoices are sent within 24 hours after the completion of the event.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made before the payment settles (usually within 24 hours) will be 100% refunded. Cancellations made 7 calendar days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days of the event will receive a 75% refund. Any cancellation made on the day of or after will NOT receive a refund.

Please note this event will be held in person. In the case of unforeseen circumstances (such as inclement weather or situations beyond our control), alternative arrangements will be considered. Thank you for your understanding and enthusiasm for our commitment to in-person engagement.
