Please plan to join Lane County Human Services Division for training on how to conduct the annual Point in Time Count survey. The survey tool and methodology has changed and all volunteers must receive training (even if they have volunteered in the past).

Complete this form to RSVP for a training so we know how many people to anticipate at each training.

You will also need to complete a volunteer application at www.LaneCounty.org/HomelessCount.

There are three in-person training dates.

If you are unable to attend an in-person training, an online training will be posted at www.LaneCounty.org/HomelessCount.

Training will cover the following topics:

- Purpose of the PIT Count

- Safety Tips

- What to expect on the day of the Count

- How to complete the survey

All trainings will be held at Lane County Health and Human Services, 151 W. 7th Ave, Room 258 (Second Floor), Eugene, OR.

Parking: There is limited parking behind Lane County Health and Human Services building. The Hult Center Parking Garage is nearby on 7th and Olive, as is the Parcade on 7th and Willamette. Street parking downtown as well.

Trainings will start promptly on time, so please plan to arrive early and allot extra time to secure parking.

Monday January 28, 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Tuesday January 29, 9:30 to 11 a.m.

Wednesday January 30, 5:30 to 7 p.m.
