He’ll walk us through how to take a parcel from concept to entitlement, covering everything from zoning laws and environmental considerations to site planning and infrastructure design. You’ll learn how to navigate zoning codes, permits, and public hearings, work effectively with city planners and engineers, and understand the critical role of soil, drainage, and utilities in shaping a site plan. This session will also break down how to coordinate with local governments, manage sustainability requirements, and plan for roads, water, and power infrastructure.
