About this event
Lamoille Chamber of Commerce, LEDC and the Vermont Chamber of Commerce are hoping you will join us in this important discussion as we explore issues that are expected to impact businesses in the upcoming Vermont Legislative Session.
The Vermont Chamber's experienced team of legislative experts and business advocates will present a dynamic and informative discussion, delving into the critical Vermont business agenda heading into the next legislative session. The team will cover policy opportunities and pressures expected in the upcoming session that will directly impact local businesses in Vermont.
Q&A: Time will be dedicated for attendees to engage with speakers, ask questions, and gain personalized insights on how they can navigate legislative engagement and advocacy on the issues that matter most to them.
This is also an opportunity for attendees to let our business lobbying team know what their specific policy concerns are so that business advocates can better understand Lamoille County's policy concerns and include them in the business agenda for the 2026 Legislative Session.
The discussion will start at 8:30 a.m. and be concluded by 10 a.m. Coffee and snacks will be available. The preview session will be followed by the Lamoille Chamber's monthly Legislative Breakfasts as the 2026 Legislative Session unfolds, starting in January. These breakfasts will all include a light breakfast and an opportunity to speak with local lawmakers as they decide how to proceed with various legislative items.
