Lamaze Based childbirth Education Class

Created by a Lamaze trained educator and DONA certified doula with experience in all birth settings, this class will educate and inspire you to have an empowered birth! We will go through the birth process, movement for labor, positions for pushing, finding your breathe, and how you and your partner can support your birth, physically and emotionally! Bring your hydration and be prepared to learn!

There are two separate classes you can register for:

Class one is a two day class: Monday and Tuesday 11/3/25-11/4/25

3pm-6pm both days

Class Two is a one day intensive: Saturday 11/08/25

9am-3pm
