Class Description: Vin/Yin Yoga

Experience the perfect balance of movement and stillness with Vin/Yin Yoga. This class begins with an energtic Vinyasa flow to warm the body, build strength, and encourage fluidity in movement. The second half transitions into longer-held Yin postures, allowing for deep stretching and release. This mindful blend of active and passive practice helps cultivate flexibility, relaxation, and inner balance. Suitable for all levels, this class is ideal for those seeking both rejuvenation and restoration.

Deb Lanning, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, is thrilled to share her unique yoga stylings with others. With a passion for incorporating themes rich in imagery and inspiration, Deb creates a dynamic and engaging practice that resonates deeply with her students. Her classes are designed to inspire and uplift, weaving together the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga. Deb’s enthusiastic approach and creative sequences invite practitioners of all levels to explore their practice in a supportive and imaginative environment.

You can, of course, bring your own mat. Wander with Direction will have the following props available for use: Mats, Blocks, and Blankets

How much do people typically donate?

Typically, participants donate from $10 to $20 per session. These contributions help support and grow the yoga programming, provide essential supplies, and ensure our classes remain accessible to all community members. Ten percent of proceeds go towards maintaining the town hall space.
