This 2 Hour course will introduce you the basics of self defense and help to prepare you for dangerous and unforeseen circumstances.

This course focuses on:

  • Situational awareness
  • How to avoid looking like a victim
  • Protecting vital parts of the body that are vulnerable and easy to attack
  • Basic strikes and kicks
  • How to turn everyday objects into improvised weapons
  • Defenses for the most common attacks on women
  • Discuss other methods and tools used for self defense
