What are the guidelines for sick Parent or baby?

Sick Policy: Attendees who are experiencing any symptoms of illness, including but not limited to fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, vomiting, or diarrhea, should refrain from attending the in-person breastfeeding support group until they are no longer contagious.

Is my partner able to attend? Or older children?

At this time, we are only able to support lactating person and infant.

What if I can no longer attend but I already purchased a ticket?

Please send an email to Lactationmentoring@gmail.com to let us know that you were not able to attend and we can issue a refund. Or in some cases have your ticket roll over to the next available group!

Our lactation support groups are 90 minute group meetings led by IBCLC, International Board Certified Lactation Consultants.

New families will receive support and guidance in common challenges such as:

latching and positioning baby at the breast
assessing milk transfer and infant weight gain
increasing milk supply
pumping or hand expressing milk
introducing a bottle
dealing with fussiness and sleep challenges
returning to work
dealing with unsolicited advice
building confidence as a new parent
