On the Laclede's Landing tour, participants can expect to learn about the early history of St. Louis, from its beginnings as a small French village, growing into the large city it became by the mid 19th century. The tour will feature every building along both first and second street, as well as a look at some of the area's famous alleys. This tour features a combination of cast iron buildings, early brick architecture, and numerous architectural styles, along with the rich history associated with the area. The tour will last roughly two hours, and is a relatively short distance of walking , compared to other available tours. Tickets will start at $20, for advance sales, and $25 for sales within 24 hours of the event. Children under 13 years of age do not require a ticket purchase. Tickets are non refundable, but are reusable for any and all tours offered by St. Louis History and Architecture for a single use.
