Come and celebrate the end of summer with us at Bay Club at The Gateway! We'll be featuring bites from our Café Vida menu (coming to Bay Club San Francisco this fall!), as well as beer, margaritas, and summer cocktails. Enjoy an afternoon of lawn games and poolside fun, including plenty of family-friendly activities like a bounce house, face painter, and DJ!

This event is complimentary for club members and their guests; Guests must be accompanied by a member. RSVP by September 1, 2017.

By registering for this event, attendees agree to the following waiver of claims:
The undersigned guest agrees to abide by all the policies, guidelines and rules set by The Bay Club Company ("TBCC") and all of its related partner properties. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with TBCC's rules concerning facility usage and maximum number of visits per month (presently set at 2).
The undersigned guest also agrees that the participation in any of TBCC's programs and/or use of any and all of TBCC's facilities, equipment, exercise machines, racquet courts, and any transportation is undertaken at his/her sole risk. The guest further agrees that TBCC is not liable for any injuries or damages to the guest, or the property of the guest as a result of or in anyway related to TBCC's facilities, equipment, programs, or the conduct of its guests, vendors, members, or employees. The guest agrees that TBCC is not subject to any claim, demand, injury, or damages whatsoever, including, but without any limitation, those damages resulting from acts of active or passive negligence on the part of TBCC, its owners, officers, agents or associates. The guest for himself/herself and on the behalf of his/her executors, administrators, heirs, and successors, does hereby expressly forever release and discharge TBCC, its owners, officers, associates, agents and assigns from any and all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions and/or cause of action arising from or related in any way to the incident, injury, or damage resulting from the guest being on TBCC property.

The guest also agrees that TBCC is not responsible or liable to the guest for articles damaged, lost or stolen in or around TBCC's facilities, or in lockers, or for loss or damage to any property including without limitation, to automobiles and the contents thereof. The guest agrees not to store any valuables in lockers and to only use the lockers provided solely for temporary clothing storage.

This registration waiver and release shall be effective from the date set forth above until revoked in writing by guest, with a copy of such revocation delivered to TBCC. The undersigned represents to the club that they are the guardian and/or parent for the minor guest.
