LAB by Fortified Training: The Base

Overview
In this 4-week LAB, we focus on hip mobility and squat mechanics. Expect 15 minutes of mobility followed by 30 minutes of training.
LAB is an opportunity to better understand how your body moves when you workout. We'll workout every Thursday for 4 weeks. During the workout, you'll learn how to squat using kettlebells and practice hip mobility in between sets! If you live in the NYC area, you don't want to miss this opportunity to assess and improve what you're capable of in the gym. Questions?
