Kuumba: A Kwanzaa Open Mic
Overview
Kuumba (Creativity): To do always as much as we can, in the way we can, in order to leave our community more beautiful and beneficial than we inherited it.
Ashlee Haze's Annual Kwanzaa Kickback is back, and we're partnering with PushPush Arts for an immersive experience. Join us for a night of culture as we celebrate the principles of Kwanzaa and say farewell to 2025. There will be an open mic and food available for purchase by a local chef. We can't wait to see you! Habari Gani, ya'll!? Guests are invited to wear red, yellow, green, or black or any combination. There is no pressure! Come as you are.
Open Mic is open to poets, singers, musicians, storytellers, and comedians.
Sign-up is first come, first served.
Time limit is 5 minutes.
We cannot plug directly in or play tracks.
