What is KAP?

KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) is a direct transmission of vital life force/source energy. Unlike practices you "do" by generating energy yourself (like breathwork or kundalini yoga), KAP activates this energy within you — safely and naturally.

As the energy begins to awaken, it flows through your system, dissolving energetic blocks and opening new levels of clarity, reconnecting you to your true essence.

Even though participants may go through deep healing and have strong experiences on a spiritual level, the focus in KAP is the raising and connection of human conciousness.

The magic of KAP continues long after the session ends. KAP creates massive positive transformation quickly.

What happens during a KAP Session?

Natalie will play music to support you to drop into yourself and body, and may lightly touch your energy centres (chakras) or meridians to stimulate energy flow.

Each session is a unique journey – no effort, no expectation. You just lie down, receive and trust the intelligence of your body and energy.

Participants often experience:

  • Energetic shifts (Warmth, tingling, waves of water or currents moving through the body)
  • Emotional releases (laughter, tears or cathartic sounds without clear mental triggers)
  • Deep relaxation, stillness or feelings of bliss
  • Spontaneous movements (gentle rocking, shaking, body arching, hand gestures (mudra’s) and body movements (including dancing), even yogalike poses, all without conscious effort)
  • Visions or insights or clarity
  • Lightness or floating
  • Expanded awareness or perception

Longer term KAP - what happens after class?

A profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system happens with continued exposure to KAP.

Participants regularly report:

  • The ability to identify and overcome limiting beliefs and negative narratives that hold you back from your true self and purpose
  • A gradual clearing of old habits, addictions and attachments which no longer serve you, without conscious effort

Preparing for your session:

  • Avoid alcohol, substances and other intoxicants on the day of your session, and 24 hours after
  • Avoid eating, or eat lightly within 3 hours leading up to the session. If you feel hungry, a piece of fruit or nuts are good options
  • Avoid caffeine 3 hours leading up to the session
  • Bring a bottle of water
  • Wear confortable clothing, you will be lying on a yoga mat
  • A yoga mat and blanket will be provided

Session format:

  • Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early for registration, sessions starts promptly . Note: out of respect for all participants late arrivals cannot be accommodated
  • Introduction and Demonstration
  • 60 minute energy transmission
  • Sharing circle (for those who wish to) and Integration Advice

Parking:

Parking on adjacent roads, this is free on Sundays and after 6.30pm weekdays.
