About this event

We invite you to participate in our once-a-month Community Work Day, a special opportunity to engage in meaningful ʻāina-based work at our farm locations in Waimea, Kauaʻi. These larger gatherings bring together community members of all ages to support the revitalization of traditional Hawaiian agricultural practices and sustainable food systems.

What to Expect

Our Community Work Days provide a hands-on experience in caring for the land while fostering connections with fellow community members. Work tasks vary each month based on seasonal needs and priorities, but they always contribute to community resilience, environmental restoration, and food sustainability. With a larger turnout than regular volunteer days, these gatherings create a unique space for collective impact, learning, and cultural exchange.
