Kult Ikon with Friendship Commanders

Slim’s is hosting Kult Ikon with Friendship Commanders on October 23rd from 9-11pm! Kult Icon is a local Raleigh instrumental trio with a post-metal sound. With Scott Holthausen on guitar, Ryan O'Connell on drums, and John Vincent on bass, they bring a slow, heavy, and introspective sense of doom full of fussy riffs and spacey atmosphere.

Friendship Commanders is a melodic heavy duo band from Nashville, TN. Their music focuses on a sense of belonging and the life events the duo has encountered. The band features Buick Audra as songwriter, vocalist, and guitarist, and Jerry Roe on drums and bass. Come to Slim’s, grab a drink, and rock out to two great heavy bands!
