We’re bringing out all the traditional fixings: buckets of delicious crayfish, silly party hats, plenty of aquavit, festive décor, and rousing drinking songs that’ll have you singing in Swedish (or at least trying!).
Whether you’re a seasoned crayfish cracker or a curious first-timer, this lively gathering is your chance to experience a beloved Swedish tradition in full swing. Come for the crustaceans, stay for the community, and leave with a heart full of summer memories.
Menu includes:
- Chilled Swedish crawfish + peel and eat shrimp served with lemon dill aioli and fresh lemon
- Savory meat and mushroom pie with goat cheese and fresh herbs
- Summer salad with herb vinaigrette
- Nordic cheese platters, with rolls, butter and of course hardtack!
