Whether building stamina, exploring advanced partner work, or stepping into performance, Phase 2 blends challenge with cultural appreciation, making the experience enriching for every level.

Week 6: Reinforcement & Onboarding
Returning dancers: review, speed drills, and stamina training
New dancers: crash course in basics, posture, timing, and partner connection
Paired learning with “dance buddies” + social integration practice
Week 7: Musicality Expansion
