Although Konpa is a social dance that is typically done between men and women, this boot camp is focused on women's empowerment and building on Konpa dance skills that demonstrate femininity, elegance, and confidence.

Heels are not required; however, they are strongly recommended since heel training is included in the boot camp. Bring your most comfortable pair of heels at your discretion, but know all is welcome with or without heels!

In this workshop, you might work up a sweat. Please dress comfortably! Examples would be leggings, sweatpants, shorts, and other activewear. There will be heels training as well so it is recommended to bring a comfortable pair of heels but it s not required.
