During this event, you'll discover the secrets behind creating these beautiful Japanese moss ball plants. Britt (Botanicallybe) will guide you through the process step by step, sharing tips and tricks and answering questions along the way.
Whether you're a seasoned plant parent or just starting your green journey, this event is perfect for anyone looking to add a touch of nature to their space in a low maintenance yet artistic way. Supplies you'll need to have:
- preserved sheet moss (this can be purchased at Lowe's or Amazon)
 - dried sphagnum moss (this can also be purchased at Lowe's or Amazon)
 - Soil mix (recommended soil base brands-FoxFarm, Espoma, SunGro Black Gold) soil mix recipe - 2 cups soil base, 1 cup perlite, 1 cup orchid bark)
 - Plant of choice - recommended plants are pothos varieties, Scindapsis, alocasia's, monsteras, anthuriums, begonias, ferns, calatheas. (most tropicals can work for kokedama) if you're unsure, bring a few you're interested in doing Kokedama for and Britt will let you know if those are a good fit for Kokedama)
 - Clear string (stretchy kind) or twine (can be purchased on Amazon)
 - Scissors
 - empty bowl(s)
 - glass of water
 - Gloves (optional)
