Hi! I'm Maddie (she/her), a Certified Full Spectrum Doula and Menstrual Coach, and I'm teaming up with Erin LaHood (she/her), a BSN, RN, and Certified Health & Wellness Coach, for a webinar that combines our passions and expertise. We’ll take a deep dive into the menstrual cycle and explore how you can support your body through each phase with intentional nutrition, movement, and lifestyle shifts.


Why? Because too many of us have been left in the dark when it comes to understanding our cycles. We’ve been taught to ignore them, dread them, or just “get through” them—when in fact, there’s so much power in knowing how they work. This webinar will help you identify what’s happening in your body, manage (or even eliminate) common symptoms, and start to build a more supportive and empowering relationship with your cycle.
