Will there be any contact during the boxing class?

Nope — there is no physical contact or sparring in this class. We focus on technique, footwork, shadowboxing, heavy bag work, and pad drills (when available). It’s all about learning real boxing, getting a killer workout, and building confidence — without getting hit.

Do I need to know how to box to join the class?

Not at all — this class is beginner-friendly and designed for all levels. You don’t need any experience. We’ll guide you through the basics of stance, movement, punches, and defense step by step. You’ll learn real boxing technique while getting an amazing workout.

Do I need to be in shape to take the class?

Not at all — you don’t need to be in shape to start boxing. This class is for all fitness levels, and you’ll go at your own pace. Whether you’re a beginner or getting back into training, we’ve got you covered. The goal is to help you build strength, endurance, and confidence — one round at a time.
