Knitting With Emma -- Knitting Workshop For All!
Overview
Expert knitter and friend of the shop Emma Oldehoeft is BACK to host another knitting workshop, perfect for beginners looking to get started, and experts looking to hone their craft + meet other fiber artists!
This workshop will include:
- Some basics on getting started as a knitter for beginners and those who need a reminder
- A guided start to using your very first pattern!
- Free knitting time where you can work on whatever you'd like, get help if needed, and chat with fellow fiber artists (aspiring or otherwise).
We will provide basic supplies including: yarn, needles, stitch markers, and scissors. However, if you're already a knitter, we encourage you to bring your own supplies so as to be as comfortable as you can, and so there are enough for newbies.
Just as we did with our first workshop, we will have yarn and needles that you may take home with you so as to keep working on your project. We've priced tickets at $1 and encourage you to donate what you can when purchasing to help us sustain this accessible workshop model and allow us to continue providing supplies to people who need them. Thank you. <3
See you there!
