Level 1: Make your own Camping Knife
Learn the fundamentals of knife-making in this 1-day beginner workshop! You’ll grind bevels, heat treat, and sharpen your very own pre-profiled camping knife. This hands-on experience gives you a quick introduction to the world of knife-making while building confidence in using the tools commonly used by makers.
No experience needed — our instructors will guide you through each step! Open to all beginners ages 18 and up.
Ready for more?
After completing Level 1, continue your knife-making journey with our next levels:
- Level 2: Grind, heat treat, and sharpen your knife plus craft your own wooden handles (scales).
- Level 3: Take it even further by making your own handles and a custom Kydex sheath.
