Kitten Meditation to Benefit Little Buddies Adoption + Humane Society

Join Beth, along with a litter of adoptable kittens from Little Buddies Adoption and Humane Society for a 60-minute "kitten experience," including a short, guided meditation focused on extending the love we have for our pets to ourselves and one another, kitten snuggling, community, and joy.

SPACE IS LIMITED. BYO Yoga Mat or towel or pillow on which to sit. We will be seated on the floor.

There are about 15 stairs leading up to the loft at the venue, and there is no elevator access.
