Do we need to bring our ticket to the event?

Your ticket will be available through the Eventbrite App.  Please make sure to download the app or print your ticket prior to the event. Please have it readily available at check-in, along with a photo ID.

Can we purchase tickets at the event?

All tickets will be sold online in advance only.  Tickets will go fast, so you will want to make sure you get yours in time.  IF, by chance we have any tickets left, they will be available the day of the event.

Will we receive tote bags?

VIP ticket holders will receive a tote bag with SWAG in it.

Question 4

Will authors have pre-orders and books that we can purchase on the day of the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if an author chooses to do pre-orders, that information will be posted on our Facebook page and website. Links will be kept together so that they can be easily found.

Question 5

Can we bring our own books to have authors sign?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, we do ask that if you bring your own books that you, please have each book marked with the correct spelling of your name on a Post-it in the front of the book, if you are having it personalized.  This helps the authors with the spelling of your name.

How many books will the authors sign and will they sign items other than books?

Each author chooses the number of books and items they will sign.  Most authors will sign other items, if it is appropriate!

Will there be a map of where authors are seated?

Yes, once the layout has been finalized we will share it on Facebook and place it on the website for reference.

Is the event cashless?

Accepted Answer

Most authors will accept cards and cash, however as a rule of thumb, if you plan to pay with cash, please try to have smaller bills so they are not trying to make change and running out of funds.

Will wi-fi be available on-site?

Wi-fi is available for hotel guests only.

How much is parking?

Parking is on site and is included free with our event.

Are outside food and drinks allowed?

Absolutely NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK (Alcohol) are allowed inside the Signing Room.  If you are caught by the hotel staff, they will ask you to hide it or throw it away!!!  We will have water stations throughout the venue, so feel free to bring a refillable cup to stay hydrated!

Will there be a photographer on site and will those photos be available for download?

Accepted Answer

There will be someone walking around taking pictures during the event. The photos 
will be shared on our Facebook page at the end of the event.  We will also have photo opportunities for you and your friends! We encourage you to share your photos and videos on social media.

Question 14

What can we use to carry our books in?

You may bring a cart that is no bigger than 18x18 or a carry on suitcase, you can find a photo on the website for reference.  For safety reasons no wagons or strollers will be allowed in the signing room.

What is the Ticket Refund Policy?

Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable up to a certain date.  All transfer of tickets must come through us.  DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM ANYONE NOT VERIFIED THROUGH US FIRST!

I purchased tickets for me & a friend, do we have to have different names for each ticket?

YES!  When checking in, each ticket holder will have to present their ID.  If you need to change the name & email on a ticket, please email kissandtell.tickets@gmail.com with that information!!!
