Join Julie Diaz, founder of Clarksdale Cooks, for an experience sharing food and stories together. The meal is plant-based, with fresh, local ingredients historically rooted in the Delta and Southern cuisine.
To-go containers are included for you to take back to your campsite or hotel. A refrigerator will be available onsite if you'd like to store your goodies while dancing the night away.
A reserved table in front of the stage is included with your class (tix sold separately), so you can choose to go refrigerate, change, and return with your dancing shoes!
The Shack Up Inn is next to Hopson, where our evening music is held (with Stud Ford, Keith Johnson, Garry Burnside & more!). Music starts after cooking ends at 5pm.
All official #LiveFromClarksdale King Biscuit Week tickets are on Eventbrite.
This is the first time Clarksdale and Helena neighbors have partnered to produce "The Biscuit," and we're thrilled to share the love with you. Start King Biscuit Week with the "Warm-Up #LiveFromClarksdale" Wednesday noon - Friday noon, then enjoy 3 stages in downtown Helena during the King Biscuit Blues Festival.
