If your food allergy or restriction requires accommodations, please contact Kori at 909-363-5430 as soon as you register, and at least seven days before the event date.

Is this workshop mostly for small groups of people who attend together?

Seasonal cooking workshops are a fun way for family members or friends to be together. We ensure that solo attendees enjoy themselves by cultivating a warm atmosphere for making new connections. Also, each attendee or team chooses what they wish to work on,  with time to observe others.

What written instructions will I receive in the workshop?

I will offer a list of items to be prepared in the workshop and either a recipe printout or instructions for original dishes. I will be on hand to offer guidance and answer your questions. There is no such thing as a stupid question;)

What happens if fresh produce ingredients for a planned menu item become unavailable?

Accepted Answer

Purslane Commons cooking workshops feature seasonal produce from local farms at their peak flavor. Variable weather may affect produce availability that meets our criteria. When necessary, we will substitute menu items to provide a similar cooking experience and appreciate your understanding.
