We will cook in small teams. I, Kori, will provide the level of guidance that is right for each participant. More than a cooking class, this is an authentic social/cultural experience. To enjoy this time together, we strive to be open, kind, and honest. We will start with self-introductions, orientation, task review, and team formation. Then, we will start cooking in teams, cleaning tools as we cook. As we get ready to serve, we will also set the table. We will sit down to enjoy the sweets we made. After we finish cleaning up, we will continue fellowship over tea. Bio: I am your community farm chef cooking and teaching about eating seasonally. I live on Tantre Farm in Chelsea, MI, to cook with the best ecological produce that my neighbors grow. I make space for us to cook together and talk about the things that matter. I can't wait to cook with you!
