This experience is designed to playfully guide your little ones in moving their energies and calming their nervous systems through breath, movement and meditation.

This session is a beautiful opportunity for:

No prior experience is necessary and all ages are welcome.

Kia’s work as a healer is grounded in gentle encouragement, deep listening, and radical presence. She is not here to “fix”—but rather to hold sacred space for you to remember your wholeness and reclaim your joy.

Kia has 15+ years experience working with children and finds so much joy in sharing her work with little ones!
