Overview

Come play and create at Explore! this week as we experiment with nature and texture.

In our Maker Space, kids can craft shimmering clay ornaments pressed with real leaves, then add to our evolving community mosaic wall. It’s a cozy way to welcome fall—parents are encouraged to join in and make something too.

Theme: Nature & Texture

Activity 1: Clay Leaf Ornaments – Create air-dry clay ornaments using real leaves for texture, then paint them in bronze and gold and hang with jute twine.

Activity 2: Community Mosaic Wall – Add new tiles and patterns to our collaborative mosaic!
