Club Beacons: Kick Off 2026

Date: Saturday, January 10th, 2026

Time: 2 PM- 5 PM (Pacific Standard Time)

Location: Beacons, 2245 Camino Vida Roble, Suite 100, Carlsbad

Would you like for SDRC to pay for Club Beacons under Social Recreational activities?

For SDRC traditional consumers/clients:

1. Contact the consumer’s service coordinator to ask for approval for social recreation funding for Club Beacons.
2. Seek approval for 6 month intervals: $65/event twice a month for 6 months= $780

4. Once we receive this information, you will be given a Promo Code to register for each club event.

For Self Determination consumers/clients:

1. Add Beacons to your spending plan
2. Seek approval for a 1-year interval: $65/event up to 20 events a year
3. Once the consumer/client's revised spending plan is approved, please email us at finance@beaconsnorthcounty.com. In your email, include the consumer/client's name, the guardian/conservator's name, their email, UCI#, service code, and instructions from the FMS to submit payment.
4. Once we receive this information, you will be given a Promo Code to register for each club event.

Cancelation Policy:

You will have until the Thursday before the event to notify us that you cannot attend. Please contact us via email at club@beaconsnorthcounty.com. You can either get a credit for the next Club Beacons event (Good for 90 days) or a refund for the ticket price. However, the Eventbrite fees are not refundable.

You must attend

No Show Policy:

The first time, you will be issued a refund for the ticket price but not the additional fees, along with a warning. After that, you will not receive a refund if you do not show up for a Club Beacons event again. You must attend the event you purchase a ticket for because it can keep others who want to go from attending.
