Reconnect, restore, and reweave your creative spirit in community with fellow KFW grantees. We’ll begin the afternoon with a gentle yin-style yoga and Reiki session*, designed to help you slow down, ground, and rekindle your creative flow. Led by Lisa Owens an Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist and Reiki 3 Practitioner, this session offers intentional movement and energetic support to clear space for inspiration and ease.
*This experience is fully adaptable—participants are welcome to remain seated in a chair or lying on a mat. No prior yoga experience necessary.
Following this restorative opening, Art Equals will guide a hands-on weaving workshop. In this 90-minute creative session, weaving will serve as both a soothing artistic practice and a meaningful metaphor—inviting reflection on how we care for ourselves, nurture our creativity, and hold it all together.Come as you are—whether to move, rest, connect, or create.
Please bring your own yoga mat, if possible.
Weaving materials will be provided. We look forward to gathering with you!
