This webinar is intended for anyone in a role that provides supervision at an agency in the CBH provider network who is interested in enhancing their supervisory skills.

This webinar will identify core elements of an effective supervisor. It will review clinical and administrative supervisory responsibilities and introduce a supervisory model that would identify methods and techniques in the development of the supervisor and supervisee. Identifying the importance of a supervisory alliance and how the alliance is used to provide effective feedback will be examined.

Details for the session:

• Webinar will take place via Zoom. You will receive an email from Eventbrite by Wednesday 5/27 asking you to register the event in Zoom. Once the Zoom registration is complete, you will receive the link from Zoom with the link and passcode to enter the webinar.

• Please log in 15 minutes before webinar is scheduled in the event of any technical challenges that may arise.

• Attendees will be let into the webinar at 9:55am. Session starts promptly at 10:00am. Before 9:55am attendees will wait in the Zoom waiting room.
