Overview

With Alison Abry, Finance Consulting, PLC

KPIs measure a business success or failure depending on achieving the measurements established. They are different for every business, even in the same industry, because every business has different goals. It doesn't matter how small your business is or what stage your business is at, start up or growth stage. You should always have KPIs that you measure monthly and weekly. This workshop will help you set the right KPIs to meet your 2026 business goals.
