The kettlebell -- that sometimes-scary-looking piece of metal -- can seem intimidating. That's why Emily Dalton, personal trainer and kettlebell athlete, is launching a new class in January: Kettlebell Strength.
In this workshop, you'll explore all of the benefits the kettlebell has to offer while we break down some of the foundational movement patterns so you are able to effectively and safely execute kettlebell skills like the swing, clean, and Turkish Getup.
