Two manuals with over 200 pages of manual content included, as well as roughly a dozen additional in-hand take home tools to use not only during the weekend, but also the minute you return to your at-home practice or facility practice.


Not a Coach?

Yes, you are still in the right room! Every single portion of the coaching sections will apply directly to your personal practice. Plus, you do not have to test out at the end, but we encourage you to still try it as a dry run to see all that you have learned and accomplished in your weekend's coursework. You will, like each of those who have come before you, amaze yourself with the level of skill you have attained.

Learning how to select appropriate load size—barbell, kettlebell, etc.— is a crucial skill for the lay person who trains and coaches alike.
