Dear fellow alumni,
We are delighted to invite you to a special faculty lecture featuring Professor David Dubois from INSEAD, to be held on Tuesday, 28 October, from 18:30 at Keio Business School. This event is co-hosted by Professor Mototaka Sakashita from Keio Business School, and the INSEAD Alumni Association Japan (IAAJ).
Lecture Theme:📝 The New AI Marketplace: How to Persuade LLMs and Sell to Humans
Description:
This talk will examine the transformation of organizational reputation in the age of Generative AI. We will discuss how the traditional pillars of business reputation—signals, stories, and sentiment—are no longer solely human-mediated but are now actively curated, scripted, and steered by AI models. Drawing on cross-industry evidence, we will analyze how this shift creates a new paradigm of “AI-reforged” reputation. The discussion will introduce the critical concept of “Share of Model” and explore the strategic imperatives for organizations to manage their presence within the algorithmic ecosystems that increasingly shape stakeholder perception and choice.
