About this event

Please join us at a roundtable breakfast with the MA Secretary of Labor Lauren Jones, UMass Lowell Chancellor Julie Chen, and local business leaders to reveal the reporting results of the Frances Perkins Workplace Equity Act's inaugural data collection and discuss how this data can be used to strengthen MA businesses.

This closed-door session will provide an opportunity for Secretary Jones to share updates on the requirements of the Act and open a dialogue with the business community on how this information can be used.

This event will include a panel with Secretary Jones, Chancellor Chen, Lisa Brothers, Principal of Nitsch Engineering, and Former Lt. Governor Evelyn Murphy, as well as time for open discussion with attendees.

Once you arrive to the University Crossing complex, please make your way to Room 490. Refreshments will be served.
