In German, “Wald” means “forest”. Just as various trees come together to form a lush forest, the Wald Ensemble brings together musicians actively performing in European orchestras to present classical music with both depth and a contemporary touch.

Founded in 2015, the Wald Ensemble has continued to engage with audiences on stages at home and abroad. Notably, in 2021, they made a successful European debut with a concert celebrating the 120th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Belgium.

Experience the moving performances of the Wald Ensemble at the Korean Cultural Center, where they continue to create music that resonates and connects—anytime, anywhere.
